The ‘Kiln Rooms’ is one of the few ceramic studios in the UK. We offer a family friendly creative experience where you can relax and enjoy creating your own masterpiece or even just call in and soak up our cheerful atmosphere and sample our wholesome menu of sandwiches, paninis and homemade cake, not to mention our wonderful coffee and hot chocolate.

To get your creative juices flowing you are spoilt for choice with dozens of white ceramic bisque pieces created from the hundreds of plaster moulds, housed at our sister company ‘Peter’s Ceramics’.

Peter, the owner and creative influence behind the Kiln Rooms, pours, casts, glazes and fires all the pottery himself, and therefore can offer you a selection and choice which is second to none.

You are welcome to call in anytime without booking.
Our opening times are Mon – Sat 10:00am – 6:00pm

We also offer a range of Party Packages which can be held most days and evenings. We dedicate Sundays to parties and private functions, but book early to avoid disappointment.

We will cater for the children’s parties as the food is provided with the various party packages that are available.

Our ‘Ladies Evening’ events are becoming increasingly popular. Why not hold your corporate event or team day at the Kiln Rooms, or even let us come to you!

We regularly run workshops at local schools and specialise in working with children and adults with special needs. All our staff hold enhanced CRB checks. We would be delighted to hear from you to discuss how we can make your creative event extra special.
